Sweden picks up litter - registration open for Keep Sweden Clean Day 17 September

Do something big – pick some junk! On September 17, it's time for the annual Keep Sweden Clean Day, when all of Sweden gathers, from north to south, old and young to pick up junk. Together, we are a movement tired of the junk, want to do something concrete for the environment and take matters into our own hands – literally!

"We are many who have grown tired of the junk and literally want to take matters into our own hands." Last year we had over 130 000 registered junk pickers to Keep Sweden Rent Day! This year we want to be even more," says Johanna Ragnartz, CEO of Keep Sweden Clean.

Keeping Sweden Clean Day is part of World Cleanup Day, when millions of people all over the world are out the same day picking up junk.
